Your data belongs to you. This policy explains in plain words what data we receive, why, how long we keep it and how to exercise your rights, in line with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

2Data collected

The website has no forms and no member area. We receive data only when you contact us or book a call.

  • When you write to us or call us: name, email address, phone number, company and the content of your message.
  • When you book a call through Calendly: name, email address, chosen time slot and the information you enter in the booking form.
  • When you browse the website: our host records technical connection data (IP address, date, time, browser) in its security logs.

Website visitors' data is used for no automated decision making and no profiling.

4Recipients and processors

Your data is processed by the More Panache team. It is never sold or rented. We work with the following providers:

5Artificial intelligence

Website visitors' data is shared with no artificial intelligence tool.

In the Sow Social application, texts are generated with artificial intelligence models, including Claude by Anthropic, used through its business offering covered by a data processing agreement. The information needed to generate content (business type, city, goals, post ideas) is sent to it. The terms of use of the application list all processors, data transfers and the related safeguards.

6Retention periods

  • Contact requests and prospects: 3 years from the last exchange.
  • Client data: for the duration of the contract, then for the period required by law (7 years for accounting records in the Netherlands).
  • Technical logs: a limited period set by the host for security reasons.
  • Your cookie choice: 6 months.

7Your rights

At any time, you have the following rights over your data: access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, portability and withdrawal of your consent where processing is based on it.

To exercise them, write to hey@morepanache.com. We reply within one month.

Complaints

You can lodge a complaint with the Dutch data protection authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens, the authority of the country where More Panache is established, or with the data protection authority of your country of residence.

8Security

The website is served over HTTPS and hosted in Switzerland. Fonts are hosted on our own servers, so browsing the website sends data to neither Google nor any other third-party service.

9Cookies

A cookie is a small file stored on your device when you visit a website. Sow Social runs free of advertising cookies, social media pixels and tracking tools.

When you arrive on the website, a banner lets you accept all, decline all or choose category by category. Declining is as easy as accepting and your choice is kept for 6 months.

When you click a booking link, you go to the Calendly website, which applies its own cookie policy.

You can change your choice at any time.

This policy may change, especially when new features are added. The date of the last update appears at the top of the page.
